Use Your Local Library
Your local library is a great resource for blogging books. Many blogging books are available for check out either as a print edition or digital edition that you can download and read on your tablet or phone. A few of the books of I have checked out from my local library include:

You might also consider books on general topics like writing and website design. I also frequently check out books on topics I plan to write about on my blog since I can use the books for reference.
Libraries also frequently have a used book section (books people donate or older books they no longer use) that they sell very inexpensively (our library sells used books for a $1).
