Menu Plan for the Month of October 2018

Breakfast ideas: quick and easy with cereals and milk, fruit smoothies, toast and butter and oatmeal.

Easy lunches: sandwiches & carrot sticks, salads, leftovers from dinner, grilled veggie plate.

Dinner ideas listed by date below (feel free to use these ideas in a format that works for you):

  2.  7-Layer Salad with Homemade Dressing
  3.  Egg Roll in a Bowl
  4.  Sloppy Joes
  5.  Pizza and family movie night
  6.  Grilled Steak and Foil Roasted Veggies
  7.  Clean out the fridge (leftovers)
  8.  Tater Tot Casserole
  9.  Chopped Asian Salad (bagged from the store, I add extra romaine lettuce for a larger salad)
  10. BLT Sandwiches
  11. Chicken & Broccoli Casserole
  12. Pizza and family movie night
  13. Crockpot Swiss Steak
  14. Clean out the fridge (leftovers)
  15. Slow Cooker Creamy Wild Rice & Mushroom Soup
  16. Hamburgers with your favorite toppings
  17. Easy Spaghetti & Meatballs
  18. Pork Chops, Veggies and Salad
  19. Pizza and family movie night
  20. Baked Chicken Quarters and Rice
  21. Clean out the fridge (leftovers)
  22. Slow Cooker BBQ ribs and baked beans
  23. Taco Tuesday
  24. Chicken Nuggets or Chicken tenders and veggies
  25. Veggie delight – roast your favorite veggies on a sheet pan and salad
  26. Pizza and family movie night
  27. Chicken wings (cooked your favorite style), veggies and/or salad
  28. Clean out the fridge
  29. Broccoli Cheddar Soup
  30. Tomatoes and Rice with Green Beans
  31. Homemade Chicken Alfredo
