If you have kids in your home, you probably struggle with pantry organization. When it comes to pantry organization, I have not been able to find a set it and forget plan. My kids love to just grab a snack, move things around, and rarely put things back where they go in the pantry. It quickly becomes a mess.
But since my kids are old enough, they should start learning to keep things neat and organized for the next person. If I see them in the pantry looking for a snack, I’m going to remind them to make sure they put things away. Or if I know who moved things or did not put them back I will have them come back and re-organize.
In reality if you really want to keep your pantry organized, you will likely need to spend about 10 minutes each week on maintenance and about 20-30 minutes once a month on a full organization plan.
