To have Successful Mornings, you have to understand your why
Why do you want to have successful mornings? Why did you start this 14-day course? Crystal shares in the video today that part of your why should be to make the most of your mornings hours.
It’s not about getting up early (although you may find the early morning hours are the best time to get things done), but it’s about making the most of your morning hours. In the last few months, I have started planning my days better. When you get a strong start to your day and accomplish the important tasks, you will feel better and be more focused all day (you don’t feel stressed because you are always behind or in a rush).
As I have started planning my days better, I stay focused all day. When you get a strong start to your day and accomplish the important tasks, you will feel better and be more focused all day (you don’t feel stressed because you are always behind or in a rush).
As we start this 14-day course and discussion, what is your why? More than better managing your mornings, do you have special goals you want to accomplish that being more efficient and managing your time will allow you to complete?
Share your why and make a commitment
Part of our challenge today was to share our commitment to have successful mornings.
In addition to making your morning successful, why did decide it was important for you to make over your morning? Here’s my why – I want to make my mornings more successful because this is the best time for me to work toward my personal goals for this blog and building my business. It’s a quiet time before the children get up and it allows me to stay focused.
Your turn…
Share with us your why to Make Over Your Mornings. Tell me about your commitment for the next 14-days to complete each task and make your mornings more successful.
