  • Cookie ingredients:
  • 1 C unsalted sweet cream butter softened
  • 2 C sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 3/4 C flour
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 containers of Wilton springtime pearlized jimmies
  • 1 bag of Wilton pink heart sprinkles
  • Frosting ingredients
  • 2 C unsalted sweet cream butter softened
  • 3 1/2 C powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3-5 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • pink gel food coloring
  • small angled spatula
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper
  2. Using a standing mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda
  5. Gradually mix in the wet ingredients

  6. Fold in one container of sprinkles into the dough
  7. Scoop dough into the prepared baking dish and lightly flatten with your hands
  8. Place into the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until lightly golden brown
  9. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely
  10. Frosting directions :
  11. Using a standing mixer, beat together the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy whipping cream.
  12. Beat on medium speed until smooth and stiff peaks form
  13. Beat in a few drops of pink food coloring until combined
  14. Using an angled spatula, frost the top of the cookie bars

  15. Sprinkle with the remaining sprinkles
  16. Cut into bars and enjoy!
