Monday

Breakfast – Keep it simple on Monday – frozen pancakes or waffles and syrup

Dinner – Cool dinner on a hot summer evening – Lime Chicken Pasta Salad.

Tuesday

Breakfast – an easy breakfast that your kids can make on their own, Cherry Yogurt Parfaits.

Dinner – A kid-friendly favorite with Easy Weeknight Toasted Ravioli.

Wednesday

Breakfast – Cinnamon French Toast Sticks are easy to make on summer mornings.

Dinner – For a quick dinner in a hurry, try this 4-ingredient chili.

Thursday

Breakfast – Here’s a recipe you can prep and then get the kids dressed.  When they dressed and ready, they can enjoy these Mini Crustless Quiche cups with sausage and cheese.

Dinner –   Air Fryer Chicken Tenders and green beans.

Friday

Breakfast – Healthy Gingerbread Cupcake Pancakes.  Yummy!

Dinner – Pizza night (homemade or ordered your choice). Try these easy gluten-free pizza bites.

Saturday

Breakfast – A fun recipe to try on Saturday morning – Ham & Egg Cheese Puffs.

Dinner – Skillet Chicken with mushrooms served with your favorite veggie and a small side salad.

Sunday

Breakfast –  Homemade pancakes and scrambled eggs.

Dinner – Clean out the fridge. Enjoy the leftovers from this past week.
