Welcome to the Smart Mom Weekly Menu Plan for the week of June 18th. Each week you will find an easy menu plan with kid-friendly recipes that moms can fix fast (because nobody has extra time to be in the kitchen).
This week’s menu plan has several breakfast and dinner casseroles and one-dish dinners to keep summer meals simple.

Monday
Breakfast – Keep it simple on Monday – favorite cereal and milk with fruit like grapes and bananas.
Dinner – Quick dinner with Easy Chicken Quesadillas
Tuesday
Breakfast – Easy Cinnamon Monkey bread. Just pull off a delicious bite-sized piece.
Dinner – Taco Tuesday with this cool summer salad – Easy Mexican Layered Salad
Wednesday
Breakfast – Here’s a quick breakfast casserole – sausage, egg and biscuit casserole.
Dinner – Instant Pot Salsa Chicken served with rice and steamed broccoli (or your favorite steamed veggie).
Thursday
Breakfast – French Toast Cups
Dinner – Easy Veggie Fried Rice

Friday
Breakfast – Grab and go breakfast with Pancake Muffins.

Dinner – Cook on the BBQ. Make burgers and hot dogs or your favorite steaks. Serve with homemade potato salad and BBQ beans.
Sunday
Breakfast – Make this casserole and let it bake while you get ready for church – Tater Tot Casserole.
Dinner – Clean out the fridge. Enjoy the leftovers from this past week.
