Welcome to the first Smart Mom Weekly Menu Plan. Each week on Monday morning, I’ll be sharing a simple menu plan for the week with breakfast and dinner ideas for your family. Some weeks might have a theme and other times they will just be simple to make recipes for busy moms.
My goal is to help make life easier for busy moms. Having a family meal plan for the week will save you time each day when you know what to make for breakfast and dinner each day. I’m not including lunch because many kids will go to school and you might be a work. If you need lunch ideas too, leave me comments so I know lunch ideas would be helpful and I’ll work on adding them for you.
For me, mornings are busy gettings kids ready for school and getting to work on time myself. I need breakfast ideas that can be done in 10 minutes or less. Breakfast plans are going to be for quick breakfasts (and hopefully easy clean-ups). With the dinners, I’m trying to share recipes that can be prepared in 15-30 minutes (nobody wants to spend the whole evening in the kitchen).
