This week I have a variety of different meal ideas for dinner.  This week’s focus is on quick and easy meals. Most all dinner meals can be prepared in 30 minutes less and most of the breakfast ideas are simple and can be ready in 15 minutes or less.

Monday

Breakfast – Cereal and milk (pick your favorite)

Dinner – Crock-pot Chicken Dinner. No recipe, I’m just adding chicken, potatoes, and my favorite veggies to the crockpot with some chicken broth and seasonings and cooking on low all day.

My favorite crockpot is the Ninja 3-in-1 (it’s a crockpot, a stovetop, and oven all in one). Check it out here.

Tuesday

Breakfast – A healthy strawberry orange banana smoothie is a great start to your day

Dinner –  Easy Shrimp Fried Rice

Wednesday

Breakfast – TT’s Simple Cinnamon French Toast

Dinner – This was always my favorite when I was a kid – Homemade Spaghetti O’s

Thursday

Breakfast – Easy homemade breakfast sandwiches with these 10-minute sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches.

Dinner – A quick and cool salad for hot summer days – Easy Chicken Ranch Salad

Friday

Breakfast – Raspberry Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats

Dinner – Pizza night (homemade or ordered your choice). Try this easy homemade Pizza bake.

Saturday

Breakfast – Berry Toast Brunch. A delightful toast with cream cheese and your favorite berries.

Dinner – Homemade Mac & Cheese like Grandma made and steamed broccoli

Sunday

Breakfast – Homemade pancakes with maple syrup.  My kids love pancakes on Sunday morning. To keep it simple, I use a boxed mix like Hungry Jack Pancake mix.

Dinner – Clean out the Fridge – make a buffet of all the leftovers and empty the fridge.

Dessert of the Week

Kentucky Butter Cake – delicious by itself or with strawberries

Hope you enjoy these recipes.

See you next week for a new meal plan.

Until next time be smart
